How do I start?
In an initial session, I can get an idea of your concerns. You can try out whether you like the experience of using images of your inner world.
What can I expect in a session?
Cozily wrapped in soft blankets, you are surrounded by gentle sounds or refreshing natural noises. In this state of alert contemplation, you can listen to your depth perception and give it a voice. You work with your inner world until your basic feeling of life is harmonious again. This newly created perception clarifies your personality and results in effective ways of coping with everyday life. More joy, strength and harmony arise automatically.
How many sessions are necessary?
That depends on the duration and/or severity of the suffering. Since I consider Applied Synergetics to be a natural healing method, the therapy usually lasts about a tenth of the time the suffering lasts.
Settings:
Applied synergetics can offer the most effective and currently most modern setting. The client works strictly with his own energies. Any manipulative external energies of the companion are thereby reduced to a minimum. This dialogue, developed by the client himself, with the remembered and at the same time current self-perception, creates a new, stable self-confidence. It reduces stress and shows solutions even in situations that, from a rational point of view, seem hopeless. Applied synergetics is the direct application of the perception and brain research of the last decade.

Preparations
Concentration exercises, e.g. meditation. Do sports, dance or go hiking
